For sure, we did this to ourselves.

The thing is...there was never any marketing tease for the Fractal product. Just a mention from Cliff
If it had some dynamics controllers built in this would 10000x cooler than a load box.I think Fractal will surprise us, it will be a pedal that does just one of their fx blocks: the ring modulator
I vote for a single-preset algorithm pedal: POLTERGEIST PIGI think Fractal will surprise us, it will be a pedal that does just one of their fx blocks: the ring modulator
Which is the very definition of a 'Fractal Marketing Tease', right?

It was just Cliff engaging with his dear TGF virtual colleagues. His comment was made at this forum, not at the official channel.Which is the very definition of a 'Fractal Marketing Tease', right?
Maybe he was trying to flash mob a crowdsource of a brainstorming session so he could focus on work and just casually check the results for anything he hadn’t thought of already.
brainstorming session
Also a sex toyBased on everything posted over the last 100+ pages:
- somewhere between 2 and 62 footswitches
- improved UI while maintaining all of the legacy knobs and switches/buttons
- just effects, preferably delays and reverbs but also with a couple hundred amp models and IRs.
- just a single preset player with a few memory slots is 100% acceptable to about 8% of the posters.
- as small as a Stomp/Nano as long as it doesn't exceed an FM9 footprint

Facts be damned! Someone must be tarred and feathered. Always!
But are we having fun though? It was just Cliff engaging with his dear TGF virtual colleagues. His comment was made at this forum, not at the official channel.
