Few Basic Tonex Questions

1. Can you delete preset slots on the box itself. It comes packed with AMP+CAB captures that I'd like to get rid of.

2. Can a preset on the box be edited via the software in real time and then saved on the box via the software?

3. Why does the Tonex software remind me of using Amplitube.... 20 freaking years ago?!!!! Jeebus does that program suck.

1. From what I recall I made a blank preset and copied anywhere I needed to overwrite.

2. Newp, at least not when I had it. You had to use the plugin, edit and then put back on the box.

3. Same company and they are lazy.

I expected sub-par, not stuck in a block of ice for the last two decades - and counting.

The feel is what's blowing my mind!
I have a looper on order so I can really learn the range and interaction of the controls with free hands for tonal fine tuning,
but right out of the gate the feel under your fingers is scary real.

Yep it’s really pretty good. I captured my favorite Fractal models, just to see if it would work, and they came out great. Lately I have been enjoying some of the Amalgam stuff and there is a great Friedman Plex capture by Amp Gems that I have been digging.
