I tried, I really did but I really do not like the way this cabinet sounds. I have tried it every conceivable way with all kinds of devices, electric and acoustic guitars. I know some people love these things but for me it’s just a no. Someone please buy this thing from me and get it out of here. Thank you.

I was really impressed with how much better it sounded and felt once I installed an Archangel V3 Preamp. More clarity, tighter bottom end, tone controls are more liner, no hiss, and more.

Sorry it wasn't working for you but if you end up keeping it consider getting the preamp upgrade. The next batch should be available soon.

I'm not affiliated, just really like the product.

That’s cool and I am on the list but I think, for me, it’s like putting good money after bad. It just has this sound that colors everything I put through it. I would much rather put my modelers through a wedge like my Yamaha DXR-10s. I thought it would be cool to have a grab n go amp like thing but it just doesn’t work for me. Also when I need something like that I can just bring a small amp and pedalboard and be much happier.

I love my FR12 with the Archangel v2 but if you aren't feeling it; dump it.
No piece of gear is for everyone. If you prefer using a traditional "FRFR" monitor that fine.

I have a pair of Atomic CLRs that I also really like. They're different than the Fender FRs but each has its appeal.
