That's a Xaviere XV-500 from Guitar Fetish

When they originally came out, they were basically Zemaitis copies, made in Korea, and they soon got a cease and desist letter from Zemaitis. After that, they continued selling a guitar with the same name, but it was a different shape, and significantly cheaper. I think I paid $369 for the guitar, which is actually ridiculously cheap for what it is. I changed the knobs and installed some Grovers. The pickups were decent, but I swapped them out with a Duncan Custom/59 set. I've had the guitar for a long time now and played the hell out of it.

At first glance I was going to say Greco Zematis but it looked weird.

Thanks. I didn't recognise the headstock and couldn't work out what it was.

I remember those. They even made some with the Mother of Pearl/Abalone top, as I recall.
