No worries! We know this was all a ruse on your end. "If I post a super cheap electra dyne for sale, then someone will post about it on TGF, and I can say that the TGF thread was the inspiration for my e-dyne gas. Oh look!! My plan is panning out! IT'S A SIGN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
And just for fun, here's the list of amps I've bought and returned/sold in favour my Dyne:
Mark V head
Triple Crown 50
Badlander 100
Fillmore 100 head
... and before the Dyne, leading up to it:
Stiletto Deuce head
Royal Atlantic 2x12 combo
Ha, that's a funny but good question.
Part of it definitely that once I pick a brand/sound direction, I'm all-in and stick with it.
The other part is, after trying MANY 2x12 cabs, the Recto 2x12 is by far the happiest I've been with any of them. And since I'm fussy and like cabs and heads to match, that points things in the Mesa direction for heads, too. But overall I just love (or loved? ) the company and their amps and am happy in the Mesa-verse.
Still deliberating on a mesa cab to add to the club. Kinda tired of my Madison (lolol) 2x12 with T75s. Its a well built and good sounding cab, but its not a mesa
Man, I love Mesa cabs, and there's a lot of cool options in their newest lineup. I'd love to try the 4x10 open one, as well as the 2x10, and the new diagonal 2x12.
Back on topic - Maine coast was beautiful this morning!
Nah. Here on the coast we get true summer. My father-in-law, however….You’ve got about another week before the temp drops 30 degrees!

Its funny how a short drive through the woods can start to feel like a long one...Idk it it’s happening At this point if he doesn’t respond by the end of evening I’d almost want to bail regardless on principal alone. Littleton isn’t the closest drive and I don’t really need to be left in the lurch as a buyer on an amp that’s been listed this long. Sure I have tomorrow off but I’ve already put off other plans to be available waiting for a time that for some reason won’t be provided to me

I feel like I jinxed you, man! But I hear you on being hesitant on a transaction that's gonna leave you feeling uncertain about what you just bought.
