Absolutely....this is called a suicide cord. At the very least a 30amp generator inlet needs installed on a dedicated breaker with a generator interlock installed on the panel so you can't accidentally backfeed the power lines and kill a lineman. That transformer on the pole works both ways....it will step up the voltage you feed it

I worry that some people think Vehicle To Load (or Device) as you can get with some electric vehicles such as Kia EV6 allows them to save money by feeding the home from the car. But in a dumb connection like this the car feed knows nothing about the phase of the home … even in the case of a blackout you have to isolate from the grid!
