I was sitting here with my Fender YJM, and did a quick comparison with the old Kramer with a JB, since they're both in Eb.
JB is indeed quite powerful, and has all the mids. :)

I'll take the YJM option! Nice clarity. The Kramer/JB is not too shabby either -- definitely more mid punch.

Yeah I love them both. The YJM is definitely my thing though, love the tone. HS-3 's are pretty dull clean, but feed them some gain and we're talking :)

Either that finish is so killer I don’t care, or I’ve finally gotten used to the Tyler headstock, either way, that guitar is fucking badass!
