I have played this album SO much this year ever since JT posted it, and I can’t believe I didn’t know Gruesome existed but god DAMN is it just perfect to my ears

I’m wasted and listening to hella Michelle Branch. What a queen and frankly brilliantly produced songs and hooks. I think she’s probably to blame for me proclivity for olde r women… I remember being 10 years old and thinking about how I could maker her my wife….

DEFTONES

They fucking killed it on then new album.

It’s like a greatest hits album, but with songs you’ve never heard.

I really really really REALLY did not like the self title album. I fell out with them after that for some time.

That’s actually my favorite album by Def. It’s dark and gritty coming off the WP success, and taps back into their Adrenaline vibes in places. And Chi dropping those backing screams, which always gave them their edge in the early days
