What are we watching now?

Started A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms last night. GOT spin-off of some sort? 2 episodes in and I really like it. Different story and much different tone than the original series. They look to be doing the Grogu thing and so far; it's working.

First episode really turned me off but maybe I should keep going

Another movie I tried to watch 'If I had Legs I'd Kick You'

Weird A24 AF anxiety thriller. Starring Rose Byrne and Conan O'Brien. Great performances, great visuals/cinematography. That being said; probably the most annoying movie I have ever tried watching. We get it. Husbands are terrible. Children are terrible. Women are on the verge of a breakdown every moment of every day. I have no idea what the point of this was. Other than drive me nuts in the worst of ways. Good lord.

Just saw "Uncut Gems for mothers" review on Letterboxd. First thing I thought of when having a panic attack watching it!

I'd stick with it - I felt the same, but then when I adjusted from the Game of Thrones/House of Dragon serious vibe it was much better. The characters develop well over a few episodes too as you get more backstory.

I have no clue what the GM reference was, and nothing immature came to mind quickly enough so I went with General Motors.

Watched the "Spinal Tap II: The End Continues" last night! Depressing of course to see a vibrant Rob Reiner playing his last role. And the last scene of the movie (into the credits as they start rolling while B footage type stuff is played), OMG, talk about happenstance!

IMO, not as good as the original, but still very funny.

One of the highlights for me was seeing David St. Hubbins playing that PRS SC for 80% or more of the time he was on screen with a guitar!
