Anyone else watch every season of The Last Kingdom?

How does it play out? Worth it?

I dove into the Series a couple of nights ago and enjoyed the first 5 episodes.

Total sucker for The Middle Ages.

I have, as it gets later in the series if I remember correctly, like most others, less nudity and rehashes of similar story lines. Worth it to finish, just dont expect to see as much bush as the 1st series.

watched a documentary last night about some treasure hunt on netflix. forrest fenn.

i lol'd so hard at the 3 dudes from the trailer park who spent 2 years trying to move that rock and nothing was under it. they looked totally gutted hahaha.

Stayed up too late last night watching Hereditary. I was in the mood for some horror, and apparently this is going off of Netflix in a couple of weeks.

Very nicely crafted film. I love the sets (the house is practically the star of the movie), and the lighting is absolutely gorgeous. The acting is top-notch across the board, with masterclasses in miserable, haunted, horrified... Very affecting.

Story goes a bit off the rails and chooses the "open ended" option over the "tie up the loose ends thus retroactively cancelling all the horror" option. Call it the lesser of two evils LOL.

I got my money's worth when the camera suddenly fixes on the mom on all fours on the ceiling, banging her head against the attic door. I don't scare easy, but that's just creepy AF. Well played.


(P.S. The movie is occasionally a guilty of the, "Please use your superpower now, and read this tiny cellphone/ email font from across your bedroom. Stay tuned after the film for a coupon code for your new 85" TV from Amazon Prime. You really should have one by now" thing. Have I mentioned that I fucking hate this shit? 50 demerits LOL.)

Watched Adolescence the other day.....pretty damn good! I guess I didn't realize it was only four episodes till it was over and I was looking for the fifth.......

Also been watching The Good Fight......meh, not bad if you liked The Good Wife.

Started The Pitt last night. Show hole plus let's try and get my money's worth out of this Max sub. Pretty solid so far. Definitely if ER was more technical minded and could showcase some gore?
