Marketing is some powerful shit and a drug that we all end up huffing on.

Forgiving and forgetting are 2 different things for sure. I'll never purchase anything from him, although I would not wish him ill-will if he's turned himself around.

What I find interesting about the whole Mason fraud exposé, is that Mason clearly survived with his cherished Vertex brand still intact

No rebranding, no new promo person, no changes visible ~ Like the old German adage says: When you've lost your honor, you just boldly proceed ahead.

One of the ways I realized that T.O.P. had jumped-the-shark, was when Mason's shills immediately started posting threads when Vertex's commercial relaunch spewed forth, with shill-after-shill extolling the superior toanz Mason's "creations" provided

The IG thing since is even weirder.
I worked on a track today that was 2 minutes so I told them to bring in another bridge, but they go…it’s for social media only and no ones watching a 2min reel anyways.
And when the reel in Instagram repeats you instantly have it as a pick up to the start so people won’t immediately notice it’s a loop.

Instead of one 3,5min track with one view you’d get twice the views until the audiences actively realize it’s the second time.

I like the Morley optical switching. I like Crybaby fixed positioning. I like old Thomas Organ
Crybabies. Some of the Sig Wahs are dark (Jerry Cantrell, Joe Bonamass) and some are more
top-endy (EVH, Steve Va Bad Horsie). Some have a long throw, and others are a bit too short
of a throw. They each kind of have a weakness that I wish I could address. I kind of look at
them like Hot Sauce---sometimes I want Habanero, and other times Chipotle. Sometimes Green, and
other times I want Red.

I do have a few RMC Teese Wahs that are exceptional. But even one of those is not sufficient.

Tonight I'll go with either an early 80's battery only Crybaby, or a 70's era Thomas Organ Wah.
