Iji sells Somber stones. The Claymore can't use 'em - but the big sword you got with the Weeping Penninsula Boss does. A +4 Grafted greatsword used two-handed is about the same as a Claymore +12 at a rough guess. Hitting L2 gives you +5 on every stat for a couple of minutes.

But you only need 1 each of +1 to +4 for an upgrade on Somber weapons.

Having to get 12 of each smithing stone # (besides the final one) is annoying af for sure. Gets easier once you can buy them but it also gets expensive af, especially for heavy weapons

Upgrading a somber weapon is so much smoother

Yeah I just saw this. I wonder what the launch games will be beyond Mario Kart.
Most likely. Rumor has it that many companies already have Switch 2 games ready to launch.

I mainly play Zelda games, so I’ll likely be waiting a while. 😂

My originals were used for maybe 6 hours TOTAL and they still developed drift so bad that they are basically unusable :facepalm
I bet they’ll use hall-effect sensors this time around. I replaced the analog sticks with them on mine and haven’t had drift ever since.

@Devin These are the ones I installed:

I bought a few Pro controllers then never touched the joycons again.....that shouldn't be necessary though!
I’ve seen the same issue with the Pro Controllers as well. But yeah, Nintendo really dropped the ball with that. I’m sure they learned their lesson.

I'd be down to upgrade just for the bigger screen - I only barely started BOTW and have TOTK to get to eventually. Curious what the final specs and price will be.
I have yet to use my Switch in handheld mode. It's been docked to my TV since day one. I would just like a minimum of 4k and 60 FPS. BOTW and TOTK are incredible games. Already played through both twice. Taking my time with Echos of Wisdom.

how you like it compared to Link? Seems like the same vibe and gameplay. I liked Link
You know, I wasn't sure about playing as Zelda at first, especially since the majority of "weapons" are "echos." There is swordplay, but not 100% of the time as when playing as Link. It forces you to get creative when fighting enemies, instead just hacking and slashing. But I'm enjoying the different approach.

I bed played the whole BOTW handheld :rofl Actually didn’t liked it on the tv after that, you don’t notice the ”grain” or “color smearing” of that graphic engine as much handheld as on tv.
They really improved the graphics with TOTK. A lot sharper and less pop-in.

Is the Switch any good? I used to do games back in my Colecovision days
Tired Make Up GIF by The Lonely Island

I have kinda thought about dipping my toes into the waters. I like horror/mystery stuff and retro styled games. I don't want to play with other assholes online and that seems to be the big dealbreaker for most games these days :ROFLMAO:

Is the Switch any good?
It won’t win any awards for the highest resolution, frame rate, etc. as Nintendo’s focus has always been on the content and not on specs. And I honestly only play the Zelda franchise, but the ones I’ve played are damn good.
