Upcoming: Bogner Snorkler

I’d love to hear the amps blended. I really just want to hear a Snorkler in person at all. I still want a Mesa Mark before any other amp, but the Snorkler will probably be the next amp I drool over until I get.

Buddy, if gear acquisition syndrome is real..
I’ve come down with the syndrome in the form of a Bogner Snorkler…
One dude claims the amp to be “Cameron - like” in vibe & compression.. which may only be a few components off as Cameron worked for Bogner.

For me after spending enough money on amps, packing materials, time & shipping costs..
I know where a particular amp will seat in the
line-up.
This amp, The Snorkler, would be
my #1 “different flavor” amp.

But these days I pull back with the decision to move forward for a night or two and by then..
I’m into something else and gratified I didn’t blow my load and buy that amp, as I now want the next amp,The Snorkler 100 watter..
And Drew, it turns out, money don’t grow on tree’s..it grows on beards!!, j/k!!

I've now watched a lot of demos of this amp and it sounds so freakin' close to the Ceriatone Chupacabra.

It’s a cool amp! If I hadn’t had my SL68 and the Uber I would have had kept it. If I were to go to having just one amp I’d consider it to cover classic tones through heavy enough for me tones.

For those that don’t know, the Snorkler was originally a mod Reinhold did on JCM800’s, most famously used on AIC’s Facelift and Dirt albums. I know it’s on Jane’s Addiction’s Nothing’s Shocking and probably a couple other popular ones around that era. I was just asking around this week if Bogner was still doing any mods to see if I could get my Shiva modded into a Snorkler. This is a holy grail amp for me and I could probably say the same for @PLX

FYI, I didn't know it, but Reinhold still does this mod on Marshalls. I'm tempted to pick up a 2204 from my buddy to send it in, but I'd be in it more than a production Snorkler and without being able to play both side by side, I'm not sure if it's worth it
