In a world where most use words to describe tone,.. This thread is for tone samples and sharing routing and midi methods.
I am using a Line 6 HX FX midi to change X channels and engage boosts for ch 2 solo mode. Here is a sample. Additionally, I have a Wampler Tumnus punching the front end on both channels AND in order to not tap dance to get to a clean tone I do two things
1- Keep gain plexi ch low (using stacked od's. One in HX and the real tumnus up front =Plexi ready to explode Tone!! My go to rock crunch with single coils used with current band.
2- Very new to me. Designate Loop one for my Tumnus only. Then Loop 2 for the 4cm. This allows me to bypass the tumnus on the clean channel preset on HX while the tumnus stays in an on state but is bypassed.
