Mine used to call 2-3 times a year.. no biggie.

I got a call last year from my "new" guy cause the old one quit. Never called back, haven't heard from since.

I think I was pretty straight up with my original "sales engineer" and told him I seek out my own deals and would contact him only to see if he could beat a price I found elsewhere.

In other words, he knew I was a dead end lol

...he usually could beat the price or throw in something for free fwiw

That's cool to know. It's been well over a decade since I've ordered from them, but I love browsing their guitar section. This is great to keep in mind if I ever do order from them again.

Lmfao. That is NOT peak Sweetwater. I made a joke to my sales engineer that I didn't get candy and figured Mitch wanted everyone to get healthier, so they stopped giving away candy. He said no, we haven't, and sent a jar of candy for my girlfriend. Since then, I get several bags of candy (usually 3-4, but I think I got 6 or 8 once).

Do they call you guys? I used to get calls from them, and I wouldn't answer, until a couple of years passed and I finally answered and asked the rep to quit it. Just because I've shopped with a store in the past doesn't mean I've invited them to establish residency up my ass.

I get am email every few months but no calls, thank goodness...
