Yum. Looks Tasty! I make a similar Green Sauce with Lime, Cilantro, Jalapeno, Cumin, Salt, and Mayo.

Salads are one of my favourite things to make and eat. You get so many different flavours
and textures on one plate/bowl. And each bite is different. Chewing, lots of chewing, is
fundamental, though. :lol

I could eat a bowl of just that

And thus, this week of night shifts concludes.
Salad as my main meal for all of them.
Have to figure out what to to for next week.
But I can easily eat this for another 5 shifts.
The added fried garlic was delicious!

It's a Chili and cornbread day over here. Just took this out of the oven

We went out for a lovely Sunday roast. Rib of beef, served pink. Was great.

13 hours at 265F.

Amazing how much volume meat loses when you smoke it. It shrinks like Costanza after a cold swim!
