The Digital Doubt

That’s what I’ve got now. No trouble so far, and apparently they fixed a lot of the issues that plagued them. Hopefully. :rofl

24k a year.

Yeah I think it was a 2006? Whatever it was I know it was a “bad year”. Biggest bummer was replacing the transmission bht had numerous other issues. Got stranded and had to sleep in it for two nights after a breakdown near Buena Vista on the way to a music festival (that we missed) once

Was able to turn it into an Acura MDX with an extra $1k that I believe she’s still currently driving. That thing was sweet, only notable issue was a power steering replacement but it was a fun car

Short summary.

@DrewJD82 asked a question. This forum has at least 2 people with diagnosed ADHD. So we went of rails for 13 pages. Then @DrewJD82 brought the subject back. Then Volvos where discussed and now I am also clueless where we are at.
No need to sum anything sir.... This is perfectly normal for this forum and thats the way we want it.
Toyotas are legendary, I have a ‘03 Prius with 270k miles sitting outside
Corolla 93-00, legendary

To be fair, I had a few years in my early 30s with a 110 mile round trip commute. To stay on topic, I did it in a Volvo V40 and that car was a total POS, with turbo blowing out at under 100k.
I’ve been in my house for 21 years now, and despite my best efforts, every time I get a great paying job it is always further east towards the city.
And to be on topic, I’ve driven Japanese cars of some sort for the whole time. I’m on my third Honda, I’ve had a Toyota and a Mazda and a Nissan, and my wife is on her second Honda.
Wait, what was the topic? Oh right. Digital doubt. I for one quite enjoy Apple CarPlay, and can’t live without it. I’m sure Android Auto people feel the same. I do enjoy analog environment dials hitting the front end though. Great buffer.

My first three cars were absolute lemons that cost me an arm and a leg to fix (Mercury Cougar, BMW 330xi, Nissan Murano). I've since switched over to Honda and Toyota and I've had one non-maintenance repair in the last 15 years across all the cars.

For York Audio, my favorite Marshall is the Blackback 4x12. All the others sound wonky to me, although the M25 isn't bad. But the Blackback is just the sweet spot for anything classic rock.

I've actually liked everything I've gotten from York, but yeah Blackback is tasty AF.

Yeah they aren't bad at all but they aren't "Ownhammer GNR Marshall" great. I flip between York and OH a fair amount, both are IMO top of the heap for IR's.
