It’s on par with ggd sales videos and lame marketing people high 5 ing each other with this years totally not funny corporate April fools jokes. Milking it out across 3 x 20min videos as well, wild.

So many of the NDSP teaser videos have been insanely good cinematic quality. The Mesa mark one is a standout. I’m sure the real teasers will come and we’ll get quality later. Just not sure why this is needed or who’s benefiting from it, cheapens the brand a bit, super corny.

Does GGD do videos that don’t at least visually show the product or have some audio examples?

Yeah, but they used to definitely be much better at this shit.

The launch video for Cortex Control, conceited et all, was really well put together. This one looked like a film school project shot with the director and three of his friends.

Not sure if this is sad reality or satire. I’m squarely their customer on YouTube and other socials…. This is corny af haha. I’ll admit corny corporate marketing is a pet peeve of mine so maybe I’m just disheartened. I also really appreciate quality promo material and NDSP are basically the front runner in that department…. And then we get this, it’s a double whammy milked into 3 vids

They do these sort of skit videos around holiday sales, not for product releases. Usually someone stuffing something up etc… generally 2-5 mins, quick joke and a laugh and here’s a sale code…. The balance of it is fine in comparison.

I'm guessing the video genuinely shows you the entire marketing team at Neural - everything else will be sub contracted out to mates, and mates of mates; pretty much what the UK government does with its PPE contracts and such.

Nepotism and backroom handshakery is fucking rife in this industry.
