Sung Il hardware,cheap but not the worst

Typical OEM one up from bottom of the range tuners but not worse than Grover.
More later.

I am sure that is all a major exception to the rule at Sire. :crazy

Now why the hell is that guy dumping all that $$$ into that turd?? :idk

This is a typical example. The issues vary but the thickness of the finish does not.

I have always loved those double parallelogram 345 inlays. :chef

Even though they've sold it I keep looking at this 62 345 with factory fitted nickel parts. This and a 57 goldtop are favourite guitar porn.

I had a near mint 64 355 a little while ago;

I like 355s but prefer the inlays and rosewood board of a 345.

What was the tuning stability like with the vibrola? I've never had one. Also autocorrect just changed vibrola to vibe plank the first time I typed it :rofl
Terrible. This is one of the worst sounding guitars I have ever had in. Very shallow angle over the bridge and a choke to destroy the pafs

In the past I would have rewired it to 335 spec but this is untouched.
