I had to hand-trim a few pounds a day at the dispensary I worked at until the grow house purchased a fleet of auto-trimmers. It was mainly busy work in between waiting on customers, but I definitely don’t miss doing that at all.
Especially as a guitar player.....shit kills my hands at the end of the season.....get trigger finger and shit....sucks.

This year.....I was able to play during trim season.....and not have my hands go numb. Mostly due to the new HILS headless🤣👍

Ya'll are nutz! :rofl

So....

The wife has convinced me to start keeping my stuff, and now I'm not selling shit. Which sadly includes the MX5.

So now I suppose I have a desktop practice tool, complete with effects.....and honestly, with headphones.....could be worse for a silent practice/writing tool.

Could even use it as an outboard stereo effects processor in a pinch too... especially until I get my VP 4....next year.

This will also allow me to record some things using my own amp pre ...so with that, I may have found some use for this thing. Now it's off my board, it can be navigated easier for tweaking.

So maybe I can record myself playing to backing tracks in the future, and do overdubs and whatnot.

This is far more useful like this, than on my board ....this is awesome. Take 2 seconds to fire up....plug in an start riffing silently....so yeah.... flowers out of shit, so to speak.

It sounds like you have a great wife. She wants you to keep stuff that makes you happy.
My S.O. asked why i need more than one guitar. I don't play in a band or play gigs, so why keep so many. But, keeps crap loads of golf clubs. They are so many. In my garage, in my house lol. Honestly it doesn't bother me. Do what makes you happy . Yes im not in a band, but there are things id like to have.

She's pretty cool.

She supports me in everything I do. I do the same for her.....and have craft crap all over my house because of it 🤣.

I am pretty frugal, so she is always saying that I need to do nice things for myself, because of all that I do....but I just hate spending money.

The guitar I purchased last month was my first guitar purchase in over 10 years.... probably longer. Different guitars do different things.....so tell him that. 😜

You know what to do with the golf clubs.

That's good wifing right there. :beer

I am a big adherent of multiple rigs for different use case scenarios. It beats
tearing shit apart and repurposing it all the time. :idk
