Seymour Duncan Powerstage 100 Stereo Pedalboard Amp

Ya know, I might just snag an old Mesa 2:50 or if I ever come across a 2:90 for a good price and just call it a day. The way my rig stacks it’s all just a bunch of rectangles and I don’t see a big difference between a 2U rack and a bag full of power amps, cables and power strips. The 2:50’s still pop up for under a grand and 50 watts of Mesa is good enough for anything I’ll ever do.

I have a Mesa 50/50 and didn't like it with any modeller. I assumed it would be amazing. :idk

I didn't like the one I had. I won't try another one.

Plus it smashed your Helix screen, I think?

Something about me losing control of my faculties and out of nowhere kicking the volume and treble knobs from 9 oclock to 5 oclock has me permanently scared of using a pedalboard amp.
A damn land mine.
-you know in the back of your head
“There’s a live one down there”.
I actually created a “super switch” for this legitimate issue.( pictured top -left of pedalboard).
I also installed boobie traps within certain ‘go-too’ functions.
Good stuff!!

Yep - it was the 2:90. It's an amazingly good sounding poweramp and they can often be found pretty cheap on the used market. It was a while ago but I think I payed something like $325 shipped on eBay.
Add a thousand and you can get one today.
