I've known about this for a few weeks, due to my work at an imaginary guitar shop. THE most expensive PRS SE ever. $1999.

Good point. The Strat jack assembly looks clunky on this guitar

It definitely looks like a PRS brand Ibanez S-series. It’s even designed like one with the maple top mahogany body

Makes me wonder what you’re getting with this over a Prestige Ibanez S

$5000 cheaper than the Limited Edition model with the same pickups and switching.

My Limited CHLEO isn't scheduled to ship until November 24. Maybe I should cancel and get one of the SE models instead.

The "Charcoal Purple Burst" is cool - at least as pictured on the web page. Almost a transparent black. (But it's a roll of the dice; you might just get a purple guitar LOL.)

("Mantis Burst" is even uglier than "Orchid Dusk" IMO.)

I actually really dig the look of that and will play one the second I see one. Most certainly won’t buy one as I expect the neck and body to be way too thin for my liking, but I dig it. Kinda like a Majesty and an Ibanez S got together, had some drinks and pull n’ pray didn’t work.
