Plugin For Making A Guitar Sound Like A Bass (No Latency) ?

Yeah I need to find a better system than drawing on the MIDI grid and slapping a Bass VSTi & UAD Ampeg SVT plugin on it (sounds great, but talk about monkey work). Either buy a fucking cheap bass or some plugin that magically transforms my guitar into a Fender P Bass through SVT.
