I saw the release info earlier today. Some of the added features could be useful. I kinda wonder what the CPU hit looks like with a bunch of instances of this running. I suppose you can freeze the tracks in most DAWs.

UI looks seriously dated. Watched @GuitarJon's video of it and it looks like it sounds nice but there's like no info on all its million mics. It looks like they designed the UI for "how we can fit every feature" rather than "how do we make every feature easy to use".

This is like the original Helix cab block on steroids.

I stopped caring at #1. I’m kinda off IRs at the moment anyways, but when I clicked the video and it stayed 1cm x 2cm in the corner of the screen I stopped thinking anything about this was serious lol.

What the heck is soft or hard micing? Have you ever heard somebody say "Dude, I usually mic my cabs really hard."?

And one thing that I miss with many speaker emulation and/or IR loader plugins - including this one - is a delay (e.g. adjustable in samples) for each microphone or IR. I think this is a very important tool and should not be missing.

I think besides its fancy looking UI that plugin offers a lot of snake-oily crap. And it's missing a simple delay option for each slot, too.

Not only does it have an auto-align feature individually/globally, it has a phase knob per slot that has increments as small as 0.001ms, all the way upto 5.000ms

Ah, I didn't see that. Very good. I corrected my post above.

That's ok, it's worth taking it for a spin - honestly.

I do agree that some features could come off a little over-the-top/superfluous, but mostly it does a great job.

Also, it's got a tone match feature so you can make IRs of your favourite Tones - kinda like kemper / fractal style.
Then it has an EQ that is a basic version of their Kirchhoff-EQ plugin that is on par with Fab Filter's Pro-Q.
