Congrats dude!
This! What chan is this on

I’ll definitely whip up a boost board and have a mess around with all of them hitting a channel at a time. I’ve slowly acquired way too many boosts but this is the perfect use for them so it’s mildly justified (it’s not)

Dirty tree, sick as, del mar, jhs bonsai, sd1, suhr shiba mini, Timmy clone, couple more!

I used this as my baseline settings for all channels, because I figured Santiago is a pretty trusted source. :ROFLMAO: He actually sets the Presence/Depth a little lower I think. But I just seasoned to taste from there.

I found the Bonsai (808 mode) to be a little mid mushy with the JVM, but your guitar/cab/ear combo may differ. The SD1 works great, I just set my depth a touch higher since it rolls off a little more low end than a tubescreamer circuit.

The jvm loves pedals. My faves are fuzz face, Klone, rangemaster, ep booster and tone bender.

I basically live on crunch orange and od1 green/orange.

Just saw the other day that the guy I traded my 210H to for a 5153 head + 2x12 is still trying to sell the Marshall a full year later

Maybe I should buy it back :ROFLMAO:

Ok I just got it and IT SLAPS, I feel right at home on all 3 chans of OD1.

I'm running it into a loadbox and am getting some savage screeching if I go OTT on volume/gain either on its own or with pedals. I've had this same kind of thing with other amps and its generally just a case of keeping the overall output under control (not 100% sure this is whats happening here but feels like the same thing as other times).

I'm also getting "added screech" when using the loop, seems to be quieter without the loop.
To anyone using a loadbox are you getting this kind of thing, do you have to be ultra cautious on overall volume? How are you running the power sections?

Either way I can run it pretty quiet and it will sound great on recordings. I'd just rather figure it out as best I can because I hate turning a dial or using a different pedal and it starts screeching and I have to do a balancing act. If there's some better way to manage it all I'm all ears.

NO RAGRETS

Turn the gain way down if your using od pedals or try it without. The gain in this amp is massively more than almost anything else. Most people when they get one start out dialing it as if it was the amp they had before and if you do this it will be noisy and indistinct . Trust your ears and remember OD1 has more gain in the green channel than most amps do in the lead.

How strange. I'm pretty sure I don't get that, but I will double check. What loadbox?

Is the loadbox sat on top of the amp and is that causing some sort of feedback ???
