I was thinking of the SLO 2 but too be honest the Freidman has been more impressive in the clips

Diffusion Audio in Quebec has stock and a 2 module bundle.Stang out west ?

That is a great deal unfortunately they don’t have the BE DLXDiffusion Audio in Quebec has stock and a 2 module bundle.
I had the SLO 2 but I returned it as it wasn't for me - from the general consensus around here it hasn't gone down well as the original SLO module .I was thinking of the SLO 2 but too be honest the Freidman has been more impressive in the clips
Nope! Stang is a solid store though, no question!Stang out west ?

Yes , I was thinking of getting one with the HBE and XTCNope! Stang is a solid store though, no question!
The only place I buy from for brands not at my store is Diffusion Audio. I've been dealing with Andy for almost 20 years.
so far...really enjoying the new amp and modules!
Lots of great ways to set it up for live and rehearsals.
In case anybody wants to know the difference between the SYN20IR and SYN50:
I'd rather have the dual module but with the improvements of the 20IR.Man, wish they'd do a SYN50IR, single module unit like the 20W but with big iron & big bottle tubes.
A syn1/2 with the power amp simulation and air loading would be a winner for some. It's like, everybody wants something else! Haha
I think a large chunk of the guitar community is just done with the under-powered heads that don’t hold up at full rip with a band. There are guys that are digital only, and guys that are amp-only, and some that love both. I would think the mini-tube heads that don’t do digital and don’t hold up with a band are probably a shrinking demographic. The ones that are small and have digital capabilities like this one will still sell though. It's like, everybody wants something else! Haha
I think it depends the MT15 w 6l6 is damn loudI think a large chunk of the guitar community is just done with the under-powered heads that don’t hold up at full rip with a band. The MT15 is great for the price, is amazing recorded, and is awesome at moderate and fairly loud volumes, but as with any other low wattage amp the bass falls apart at higher volumes. The 50w Victory Kraken MK2 is a superior amp in a similar form factor, but it is $1k more. I've owned both and think they're both great, but I kept the Kraken.I think it depends the MT15 w 6l6 is damn loud
The Engl FB25 w KT77 is damn loud
If you could do a 30/40 watt Syn with 6l6s and bigger iron it would be more than enough
