New amp; inbound. FINALLY \M/

Honestly; I would LOVE to have a JVM110H :satan Just that brutal 3 mode OD channel with a loop that lets me kill it with maxed Channel Volume settings :pickle:rofl:chef Tones are up there with the GOATs \m/
traditionally two channel amps sell much more than single channel amps... so I'm sure there will be a clean channel shoehorned somewhere in there

So how did you envision people switching from the clean channel to the OD channel? The volume difference is TOUGH to mitigate in everything I have tried other than just using a preset.

As far as stacking into the clean channel; I hit it with an SD1---OCD---Silver Horsie and it was :satan OD channel green with that combo was nice but pulling a couple of ingredients out of that mix into the OD orange was sublime as well.

This amp makes me wish I kept my Powerstation vs. needlessly buying an LXII I don't use :bag

what I mean is that I don't think a company like Marshall would "bother" putting a high gain 1 channel amp in the market. It would be like the currrent 2 channel JVM or a DSL with shared controls. The old JVM1 had a single Clean volume for example.

In the 4 channel JVM, the way I thought the amp was:
1- set your clean green gain to wherever you like (no channel volume in this one)
2- set the master to your desired playing level
3- set the other channel's volume controls to match/balance well against the clean

there can be some challenges if you want to use the 3 clean modes but that's why I added the clean volume control. Also, the amp was thought as a 4 channel amp, not a 12 channel amp, although I tried to make everything balanced and usable.

It's the 210H. Price was as right as it could be, it's a 2019 model so I feel like that's a good move. 410H would have been nice but this is a good middle ground when combined with the FAS stuff. Plus; "el34 power amp" justification is strong, no matter whether it's actually real in practice or not:pickle :grin
Oh my, that's a big one!
