As mentioned in my RG655 post, my amp arrived last night.

This amp delivers where the Mesa Dual Rectifier flops. The cleans are actually useful and the gain isn't sterile. Bros, if you get a chance to try one, I suggest it.

Plus, the bright neon colors are so very 80s. (That's the only goof that I can figure on this amp.

I have always loved the look of those amps. I tried a Mark III in a shop a few years back. It was insanely flexible (but also very expensive).

Those don’t look right.

Edit - those are both mk 1. The black knobs, opaque logo, plain handle and the split vent are the clues.

The MK3 despite all the Bells and whistles I thought lost it a bit
