I would probably swap the brown for a lighter shade of dark grey or black? Silver controls and white tolex though are very nice!

Pretty classy IMO. But I agree with JT, would look killer with a med./dark gray stain on the wood.

Bogner Tolex

For the record this tolex is a totally standard one rather than something made for Bogner.

I bought some from Tube Town in Germany when I was converting a Bogner Goldfinger 45 SL combo into a head and cab. Made a plate to block the area on the combo chassis where the amp controls normally stick out. Wrapped it in the same comet tolex, turned out pretty clean.
