Head that good u want combo too???

Badlander gas rising lol
Yes!
Why tho? Combos are so heavy.
I work from home, so I have my "studio" (using that term very, very, veeerrryyy loosely) in the basement and my office upstairs. So, the Badlander, JCA100HDM, Helix Rack etc are all downstairs. In my office, I currently have a Fender GTX50 and a Katana Artist 100. I A/B'ed the Fender and Katana back and forth after getting the Badlander and the Fender wins, so selling the Katana - but want to have that Badlander tone in the office for lunchtime jamming.

I currently have a couple grand worth of stuff for sale, so, once it's all sold the Badlander combo is on my list - unless someone, somehow, convinces me there's a different combo that will cover the Badlander ground for far less than $1500... I'd be all for the Badlander 25 with a cab, but the 25w head by itself is pricier than a combo...

Huh? The combo is always more.

You could also get a ToneX & "FRFR" speaker for the office. Just profile all your studio/basement tones and have them recallable for a quick break.

Thinking about it… nah, just get the freakin‘ Badlander Combo.

I'd only recommend a Mark IV combo over the BL combo to be honest. Good luck finding one for a decent price right now though!

Brought this out to it's first gig last night (as well as my new PRS). I think it sounded pretty crushing :love. Didn't hurt that the sound guy was really fucking great too. Homie said it stomps my ENGL tone

When I first got this I had a minor "issue" in relation to my looper in the FX loop, if I had a clean loop going and then switched to channel 4 there was a massive volume hike even though the channels were balanced. When I inquired to mesa they said this is because the loop "listens" to the preamp section differently on different channels. With the amount of looping I do in my band I was concerned/upset about this, however running the cleans in 100 watt and channel 4 in 50 watt removes the issue and everything is perfectly balanced when channel switching now
