I think that is via midi. If I understood correctly the new footswitch options let you switch between 4 presets with the onboard switches now.Everything I’ve seen including the Santiago video says 127 presets.

I'm not going to bother updating my Golden. I'm just going to keep using it as if it were a single mode pedal, the way I always have been. Actually I just picked up another Ventris recently anyway, so the Golden may not get much of a look in for a bit!
They both sound really good. But honestly, I think the Ventris can do every single sound that the Golden can do. The Ventris is genuinely amazing, and so once again I am asking you all to watch my 2 hour Ventris breakdown video:Would love your thoughts on how the Ventris and golden compare. The only reason I didn’t buy a golden ages ago was the lack of midi. Now that they’ve added it I’m fighting the urge to buy several of these.

Just got the "official" email from UA.
" Access 4 stored User Preset to switch between "
Wow .... so they finally implement this 3 1/2 years after release and allow you to have 4 presets ?
UA just never stop being UA !

If you want a reverb, I’d go with the Ventris and not the collider. The Ventris has a lot more extensive capabilities than the collider.
If you want a delay reverb combo pedal, then I’d compare the UA delverb and collider. The delverb looks really cool to me. I have no experience with either though.

The Collider can run Delay and Reverb in parallel, where I am pretty sure the Delverb runs them in series. That is a big reason why I have considered it.
I actually have the Heavenly and Evermore, but $400 for just stereo seems like a big jump for the Golden.
