Midi controlled relay switch

I’m looking to optimize a 4cm setup with a 2 channel amp and a QC. Works as is, but I use a profile of the preamp of either the clean or drive channel cause I don’t want to bother with an extra switch on the floor. Sounds great, but it would be nice to control the switching from the QC, and use both the analog versions.

For that id need a unit that does relay switching triggered by midi. I’d like a dedicated device for it, so loopswitchers/digital units like boss GT / hx fx are out of scope.

This seems to be a good solution. Appearently midi carries some power, enough to power this unit, so I could velcro this to the amp, feed it with midi…and we got a wrap.

Any other solutions out there I should consider?

Morningstar has relays built into the MC6 Pro.

They used to sell a standalone Relay, but I think they stopped. Same for a pirate midi (but a new version is in the works).
