So, what're you doing with the Mesa's power amp if you're running the CabClone out into the FR, are you using a loadbox?
No experience with that kind of Mesa's.

What @MatrixClaw said. Both amps have built in CabClone reactive loads and IRs, thus the ability to operate without having a speaker connected.

Using these amps with the FR-12s provides a cool level of additional tonal control. I certainly don't need to adjust the controls on the FR-12s but being able to is really awesome. Since it's after the "cab" it's effectively like having some EQ and level control at "the desk".

Note the Mark V:25 is not a reactive load, just resistive with cab "voicings" rather than IRs.

The stock fan in the V:25 is kinda noisy so I replaced it. Dead silent now.

I have a few marks and a BL50, badlander is awesome but if one was debating between the two would reccomend a mark first…

Even though it’s a much more simple/“easy to dial in” layout than a mark, I’ve found that when playing by myself, I find myself twiddling knobs with the BL a lot more. But in a band mix it’s perfect. If you’re familiar with how to dial in a mark it’s instant gratification both alone and with others
