Mark my words! No new amps!

Did I allude to that? If so I don't think it was intentional. However it does have a bit more thump and low end than one might typically expect from such a small, low-wattage amp. It's not quite the full experience though. Just more than you'd expect.
Sorry man - I must have crossed dimensions for a bit earlier today. It must have been someone else. Rock on! :facepalm:rofl

Yeah I'm just waiting for JT to make another Tool comment.

I wrote off Tool for a very long time as a radio butt rock band that was lame and beneath me (a cool and intellectual metal connoisseur). Then one day in college after smoking out of an apple on campus I sat under a tree and listened to lateralus in full and had my life changed

I heard that is actually how Newton discovered gravity via an Apple. :idk

Those are great little amps! Congrats DP!

I keep telling myself.....strings and picks only....strings and picks only!

When I got the Mark V:25 in a local FBM purchase I had every intention of running it through my custom oversized 2x12. But when I brought the amp home, I saw it had the cabclone output which I'd forgotten about. I looked over at the FR-12 (with Archangel V2) and, feeling too lazy to pull out the 2x12, figured I'd give the pairing a shot. To my surprise it sounded great. Of course I had to take that a step further and...well here we are.

The Badlander 25 showed up today and I ran it through a newly acquired and freshly grill-painted FR-12 (no Archangel in this one yet). That also sounds phenomenal. I shut it down for the night but will run them both in stereo tomorrow. Guitar into VP4 into both amps. Should be a blast!

So, what're you doing with the Mesa's power amp if you're running the CabClone out into the FR, are you using a loadbox?
No experience with that kind of Mesa's.

CabClone is a built-in load box.
