Line 6 Helix Stadium

Oh, I think it's a fair price considering the market etc etc. But a lot of people who use the Stomp now see it as a budget and convenience device, and are not people who primarily use or even necessarily like modelers. It's always hard to tell what overall reception is to something because the critics can be the loudest (or only) voices in an online room, but I can see a significant amount of people being upset about that price point. Of course, Line 6 will have the market research and numbers and all that.
We do, but there's always pushback from those who think they know better.

HX Stomp was released in October of 2018. We certainly have a few ideas on what a new one might entail, but those "If TVs can get cheaper, multieffects should too!" morons in the YouTube comment section need to buy a clue. New features, new functions, faster processing, better UI/UX/GUI, better I/O, a decade-ish of inflation, AND [THING WE'RE NOT SUPPOSED TO DISCUSS] means there's no way in hell a Stadium Stomp would land where HX Stomp is now ($699.99). If we ever get around to it, HX Stomp would likely stick around, just like Helix Floor, Rack, and LT are.

Speaking of which, what would everyone want to see in a Stadium Stomp besides the obvious?

I'd argue the Stadium is better than the QC, due to actual power supply and IEC, instead of turd-like laptop power supply. :D
Yeah that PSU sucks big hairy donkey b@ll$ .. don't know what they were thinking but it is what it is.

Form-factor alone though the QC is just perfect imho; absolute joy to grab-and-go, fit in a case etc.

Four buttons and enough processing power to use the poly capo with an Agoura multi-channel amp without having to get everything else from the legacy FX. So yeah, probably $1000, lol.

I do legitimately like the QC, in terms of UI and the tones I've tried. But yeah, not a fan of that PS shit.

Footswitching flexibility that matches what FAS does, in terms of double-tap and press+hold would make a 3 or 4 button device a lot more flexible on its own, IMO. USB-C, because USB-B connectors are the devil. Enough processing power to get 8 blocks out of the gate. Honestly, I'd personally be happy with a Stadium-ized Stomp, for the most part.

Stereo inputs like the current Stomp would be great, and the ability to use captures like the bigger unit will have. And a Nexus port would be great too, especially if that would allow for footswitch expansion later on (similar to what Fractal offers).

BT enabled mobile editor because its screen is probably limited by form factor. I'd love to see how you'd draw it. Buttons, screens, any knobs at all? Or maybe just a large touch screen with 4 foot switches?

What’s weird is your reading comprehension problem. Karl didn’t say he requires a professional demo. We all just think it’s dumb to record a recorded tone, through a phone.

Quit being a dick.

EDIT

Also, it’s really rich, you calling other people weird, given your behavior here and at the other place. But you know, you do you.

Yeah, you're all not demanding anything, but you're calling what he did dumb. If you don't see a problem, I don't know what to say.

I apologize though about my half assed attempt at being funny. Aside the language and culture differences, I'm just no the funny type. I was just trying to be light while pointing that complaining about the quality of a random guy's video a bit much. Others have certainly done this better than I did.

And I'll grant I can be annoying, specially when I know for a fact I'm right. Feel free to open another thread if you want to debate on the matter.
