Line 6 Helix Stadium

Not a bridge. More like if we can get the Agoura version to sound and respond better than the 2203 (which is considered one of the best HX amps), we knew we were on the right track.

2203 is still there in the Legacy subcategory if you want something with less DSP. Agoura amps use roughly twice the DSP as their HX counterparts.

Obviously it will be model dependent, but how much more DSP do the Agoura models take compared to HX? Is there enough DSP to run dual Agoura amps? If so, is there room for anything else after that? (Cab, IR, Verb, etc)

What speakers?

Sorry if this has been said, but have the cabs been redone? I mean, I think the current Helix cabs sound great, but I noticed the name for that one was a little different.

Which bring me to another question - how much horsepower does the Stadium have? How does it compare to other units like Fractal FM9 Turbo( or whatever the latest is), AxeFX3, Fender Tonemaster Pro and the QC?

How many amps can current Helix run , I am thinking 2 or maybe 3 in a preset I can’t recall
That’s why in the future I would love to see the virtual A/B switcher , so you can only use one amp at a time per path but A/b allows you to have 4 in the chain just like the big pro rigs and you can select which state is active
On each path. So essentially
It similar to channels on a Fractal just 2 instead of 4 per amp block

Something like this would be great.

I think channels is one of the best aspects of Fractal, or at least the one feature that has tempted me most outside of sound quality.

Are dedicated power amp models on the roadmap? It’s probably not a common use case, but I run synergy preamps into the QC along with captures of my rack mount power amps. It’s not a critical use case for me, but it’s fun to experiment with.

Quoting this from a month ago because I would also love this!

Can you enable/disable the preamp and/or power amp sections of the Agora models? (Im assuming so, but just checking)
Not at launch. Also note that 1.1 won't have Agoura preamps, only full amps. Those are coming a bit later.

So you're telling me there's a chance...

The new 800 clip is pretty much the expected result of putting a single 57 on a Marshall cab , I suspect why people are loving it is because it is familiar

I think it's an SM7 on there - which is also a great guitar mic - I prefer it to the SM57. Wonder what the cab is G12H30 speakers?

Yes you are right , missed that SM7 I think it might be just a lil smoother on the top end ?
Any dynamic though the 57/SM7/421 is going to be great for capturing a good rock tone IMO
