Line 6 Helix Stadium

I think we are still a few weeks out minimum.

I’ve just had an email from Andertons in the U.K. saying U.K. price is £1980 and stock expected 20th November.

Says they’re shipping directly from Yamaha Music Group. I’ve told them I’m happy to go ahead at that price.

Although this isn’t direct from DI, it sounds like ‘Here we go’ as they have a price now :)

Well.... no Helix Stadium in my immediate future as it turns out. I had planned to use the finance option to get it, and Andertons says no.

Everyone enjoy

That sucks on the finance! Is it maybe the case that the second batch they get (which they’re saying December) might be brought in differently as opposed to the route for these first ones? They might be doing this initially as it’s the quickest way to source them but who knows with batch two? Maybe that’s worth asking?

£1980 - is that including UK VAT? Should then be around €2,270 and possibly around €1.800/1.900-ish for the vanilla Stadium.
Pretty much what I expected - and nothing I'm gonna be willing to spend yet (and maybe not at all, for some reasons...).

I could still get one, but I'd have to sell my Axe FX III to fund it, and I'm not entirely convinced I want to do that. Ideally I'd have both side-by-side for some time, to compare and contrast.

Yes that price should be inclusive of the VAT. We don't typically advertise things in the UK without it, and if they do, they clearly demarcate it.

Given how happy I am with my current setup, I'd defenitely need more incentives than the form factor and editing (both of which admittedly seem to be close to perfect), which really are the only things peaking my interest right now (sure, I'd happily take the Agoura amps, but regarding amp sounds I'm perfectly sorted already).

That seems like important information for customers before you reserve a preorder.
Can't disagree. Would've been good to know ahead of time, because then I could've maybe planned to have the cash. But with Christmas coming up, all the birthdays and what not recently, as well as going freelance, my spare cash is pretty feckin unspare right now!! :rofl

I’m wondering if this was news to Andertons as well? It’s kind of looking like I got loyalty points on the £99 deposit and they’re not now giving them. They’ve already updated their website so I can’t see what they were advertising before - it’s just showing the price and date on there now and when they’re expected.

Edit - please note those points might have been there from before but I don’t think so. Someone else can hopefully confirm?

@Orvillain - there is a finance option showing on there but it’s not a zero / low interest one….. the more usual expensive kind but it’s there on their site
