@Digital Igloo does it include a receiver for the Relay G10TII?
Not if we’re lucky.@Digital Igloo does it include a receiver for the Relay G10TII?
Agreed. There is something about our locale or venues that makes Relay wireless’s a non-starter. One on stage will kinda work but has severe range limitations and dropout issues. Two on stage, even on different channels, does not work. Shure GLX type? Zero issues. We all use those and like 5 Shure wireless mics without issue. Not if we’re lucky.
Inexpensive 2.4ghz wireless is a tough sell for me. Plus the dongle is hideous, lol.Agreed. There is something about our locale or venues that makes Relay wireless’s a non-starter. I loved my G10 at home until the update which caused it to no longer be viable. Was a great alternative to running over cables with my chair.Inexpensive 2.4ghz wireless is a tough sell for me. Plus the dongle is hideous, lol.
@Digital Igloo "Not enough people use Favorites". Seriously? That is like my #1 "favorite" feature on the Helix that makes it so easy to use. And not enough people use it?
User Model Defaults are cool too. I'll use that a lot with amps and some effects. But where I need multiples I use Favorites. Like with cabs, ODs, delays, and reverbs.prefer setting the user defaults
So... is this new AC30 the CC (Custom Classic)? Seems an odd choice for a modern AC30 over the current hand-wired (like Fractal) or 90's Korg era. I'd assume if it was current production it would be the C2.

There are some clearly answered questions about other features in this video.

There's also January, February and March 2025. We might get a surprise from the past.
It was a waste of a lot of tea to be fair.I think he’s just holding a grudge still over that incident with the tea in the harbor.
Erm, there's literally an idiom for "true blue"Think of it like color .... what is the objectively "correct" or "right" shade of Blue ... there is no objective or true answer and there never will be.
Haahaaa! That's hilarious, but I created nothing alone.
Am but one cog in a big wheel of awesome people that is Team Helix. If Paul Hindmarsh had been on this side of the pond (or if Sean Halley still worked here), he likely would've given the keynote; I just happened to be strong-armed into doing it because no one else was willing. Would much rather just sit in my office and design stuff with Dale and Brandon F.
If not enough people use hardware features, we tend to deprecate them in the next rev, especially if they're expensive. If not enough people use firmware features we were on the fence about, we might ditch them too. But if not enough people use firmware features we actually believe in, that means we either A) haven't marketed it well enough or B) haven't implemented it well enough, and the feature may need some extra attention. I'd suggest Favorites is in the latter boat—it's going to get better and easier in the future, beyond just nested folders.@Digital Igloo "Not enough people use Favorites". Seriously? Oh, I ain't moderatin' $#!‡!And moderate internet forum 'geniuses'?![]()
Also, Pedal Edit Mode won't be in 1.0. But hopefully it'll be resurrected down the line with (already designed) improvements and a new name.
10/10, would buy a Stompium.Don't you mean the "Stompium" ...... you heard it here first :)
A stadium without fans is a dark, lonely place.Oh, btw, I wonder whether the units will work without fans.
