Line 6 Helix Stadium

AES/EBU is available via the announced Expand D10 Nexus box, alongside Variax, L6 Link and 8-channel TOSLINK optical.

I imagine most Helix users never used AES/EBU at all in the OG line.
I use VDI and AES/EBU on my Floor every day. The Floor is the central hub of my music room, and the AES/EBU out connects to the room EQ unit that feeds my monitors.

Got to say, I’m not loving the name. Helix is cool, Helix Stadium… :puppet

Maybe the improved feel comes from the Rumble Pak?

I do not like the Stadium name, but if that's the only thing I can complain about once I've got my hands and ears on one, then I'm fine with it.

I legit had to sit down to watch the video again today and reprocess before reacting.

I have a lot of respect for the L6 folks, and as a user it feels reciprocated. I feel heard. L6 seems laser focused on solving problems for a broad range of musicians and I’m in awe of how seemingly novel some of these features are.

The new modeling is exciting and all, but IMO that’s not even the star of the show. With all the programming, MIDI, and automation features this thing is going to SUBSTANTIALLY raise the bar of what your average band can pull off for a polished live show.

There’s so much potential for new creative expression here and I have some suspicions about where things are going.
