I like how Hype is a not so subtle hint to what the QC is doing.
Also the symbol for the capture/clone tech is a sheep.
I assumed it was a reference to all the Kemper parameters. Guess not.
What's the sheep reference?

Yeah, Line 6 amps got "realer" too now!![]()
Yep, Dolly. It’s clever, I think.First successful animal cloning my guess
Given all the MIDI options and multiple variable impedance guitar inputs a stadium rack could be a dream for me in a two guitar band performing live to a click. I’d kill to program in all my changes on a set and just roam freely. Throw it in the rack and forget about it.I missed a few pages.... is there going to be a rack version?
That mention was definitely in the context of the higher dynamic range of the hardware.Didn’t DI imply that existing stuff will likely sound better running on these too?
Not sure if that means something like the existing modelling engine can oversample more or take some shackles off (or if it was purely relating to HW specs reducing noise/headroom).
Big same here. Whatever the new modeling trade methods are, I want to hear what they can do with a IIC+ or Revision F/G Rectifier.Hoping one of those 16 amps is a full model of a recto. and another one is a decent Mark, with all modes and channels too. Those amps are criminally light on the HX platform and would both benefit from the latest modelling tech too.
I sure hope Tonex 2 is focused on the best sound + features for a guitar modeler/profiling, not loading the unit up with techno-lust options just short of including a digital kitchen sink...June 11th 2025 - the day Line6 escalated the Digital Audio Modeling Wars.
Amplitube and tonex or helix and helix captures (which will almost definitely be nam based and nam quality but we haven’t heard it yet)…. Yeah that’s a super tough call (not)I sure hope Tonex 2 is focused on the best sound + features for a guitar modeler/profiling, not loading the unit up with techno-lust options just short of including a digital kitchen sink...
I'd be *totally* happy with affordable 2nd-to-none amp toans/feel/dynamics, since I've got pre/post pedals & Eclipse/H8000 FX that will never bereplicated in the digital guitar modeler realm.
Please IK Multimedia, think different!

I must admit, the ''does everything'' functionality of the Stadium keeps making me think of this:
Guess I'm not excited about the all-in-one solution floor unit, not my monkey, not my circus...Amplitube and tonex or helix and helix captures (which will almost definitely be nam based and nam quality but we haven’t heard it yet)…. Yeah that’s a super tough call (not)
IK missed the boat on the floor unit, stadium is here.
I guess they could still do it for half the price and compete with the hotones of the world
10 years ago, I'd had the Helix for a little while before the release and being completely honest here: I was underwhelmed with it for a couple years after that. Fractal and real amps had me spoiled.I feel like it's 10 years ago and I'm on TOP obsessing over the Helix announcement!
Yeah, that bummed me out a bit.
hahahaWait, why did they include a calculator on the GNX4?!
NDSP:
Da fuck? We need to send someone back to stop this from happening.

I think you can do that even with the current Helix... Just create a split at the end of the chain and assign XLR to one end and 1/4 jacks to the other endI haven't gone through all the videos/features yet, but the only 2 things that stuck out to me as downsides were exactly that and the outputs. The outputs I just need to read up on. I love the flexibility the FM9 has with the outputs and being able to go into a real cab as well as sending a DI to FOH, which requires 2 different output blocks. If the Floor can do the same, regardless of how it does it, sweet!
Not that my FM9 is going anywhere, but it'd be cool to have 2 different platforms on that level to fuck around with.
