I use the strobe tuner on the Helix Floor. That's not what mine looks like.

That's basically what hardware strobe tuners look like. Imagine like different layers of blocks with different spacings and therefore speed showing different levels of precision.

Just talked with some MF at MF who stumbled around and then threw out a mid December release for the XL I ordered the day they announced it.

I get wildly different answers depending on who I speak with. I don’t trust any of them.

Maybe Long & McQuade will have to be Long & McWait for non-XL Stadiums... But then that would be unfair to our Canadian users. It's just really lame.

"So many retailers" is really just two. The GC/MF thing was just someone's honest mistake at the warehouse—they're not happy about it at all. Not sure what happed in Canada.

The unfortunate thing is the only way to really rectify this in the future is likely to only provide them stock the day before the official launch or a day after
The problem probably is that some people just don’t care
The employees don’t bother to read memos , probably ignore codes saying don’t release unit until 11/???/2025
Buyer comes in and says I want to pick up my stadium , they just look in computer and say yes shows in stock
The customer service reps regardless of product don’t pay attention
