Has there been word of how many snapshots are on Stadium?

I'm not sure if I understood that correctly, but I think they said there would be like twice virtual footswitches. If anyone actually got that, I'd like to know if they meant we could have 16 stomps or 16 snapshots divided in 2 pages.

I think double the stomps was mentioned, but that's an interesting question about double the snapshots.

Ya I thought it was a virtual A/b
The eight switches that are not bank mode tap
I believe DI said they operate in 3 ways Tap / Hold/Toogle
The toggle would obviously be between 2 states be that FX or Amps

BTW does current Helix do this I thought it was just tap

I disagree. It was posted on his own company forum and he was just letting his customers know Fractal is not dead yet and is actively working on new and better stuff. Customers should be happy for the competition.

Now, I’m not sure more DSP power is top of my wish list for next generation Axe-Fx devices, UI update gets my top slot, I also won’t say no to more DSP. Especially at the low end like FM3.

There are two Stomp modes—A and B, each one with 10 assignable switches. And if you set Control A, B, C, and D to be footswitch ins, you get a total of 24 stomps per preset: 10+10+4. Snapshots are currently still 8 per preset.

Sure but you've been able to do this in Helix/HX from the beginning. You could also toggle between two amps from a single switch in POD HD500.

Floor XL has 2 external control inputs that allow for up to 4 footswitches: a, b, c and d.
