Double helix was best name it could have been. Stadium is rather generic and cheesy and unpro to me.
All this talk of ground up and redoing everything like it’s a new modeling experience yet why is all the old helix stuff in there? I don’t understand why you guys just didn’t revamp at all and then release it with the revamp stuff in it even if it would’ve taken another six months or eight monthsI still think that would be a better idea because I believe that digital igloo said there’s no way to get rid of all the old helix stuff once the thing is loaded with all the new agora amps and effects

The double helix is the shape DNA takes and it houses the software that runs all life on earth. You got this new powerful software modeling system, it could have been a nod to that.

You might have to clean that up even more depending on how many tracks and what else is the mix if you want it tight

You may do that on a per patch level or in a mix. But not on the global EQ of any modeler. IMO at least.

Hold the squirrels, hold the alias, some amp requests do upset us. You can’t have it your way, at Model King.

Even with a perfect digital model, some fuzzes (a lot?) have low input impedance, loading your guitar pickups, changing their response, which the digital device won't do

Helix pretty much nails the pickup loading behavior of a fuzz face along with the volume knob cleanup behavior. I’m comparing against a half dozen fuzz faces I own. They’ve had the pickup loading all the way back to PodHD. I’m not saying their model is indistinguishable but the interaction seems correct to me.

Right, so the modeler that was a successor to a previous generation platform that launched with all-new content that you're comparing this to is.........?

Can't be Axe-FX II or III. Can't be Helix. Can't be any BOSS modeler. Not even Ampero II.

Who has accomplished this thing you're holding Line 6 to account for?

I’m just joking, but that argument does work both ways.

I used to do a global high/low cut, but stopped and I didn’t miss it. I think the key is finding the right cab/IR.

The technical jargon can be great but more often than not it's best for entertainment
