Fuzz is definitely one of those areas where modeling seems to show its edges, and one of the areas I poke at when each new gen platform comes around. Yeah, I really like a few of the fuzzes in HX. The FF is decent, although I find it compresses a bit too easy and lacks some headroom compared to a real one. The Wringer is probably my overall favorite in HX.

"Double Helix" is an even worse name, because what's double? The DSP? The storage? The number of blocks? The number of switches? It's just asking for criticism.

The double helix is the shape DNA takes and it houses the software that runs all life on earth. You got this new powerful software modeling system, it could have been a nod to that.

I truly don't care what they call it. They could call it the Helix Turd and I'd still buy it if it did the things I want it to do. This being said, Double Helix would've been a slam dunk for anyone with any sort of science background.

Agreed In a recoding their going to do it for sure
They will cut the low flub and surgicallly cut some of the higher frequencies
I think Sneap chops everything below 300Hz or something like that
