Mrs Claus trained him well.I don't know, but Santa comes on time.
By the time they do finally get around to releasing it, even if it is the best thing since sliced bread in capture, it will still amount to an "eh" for most people. It's just too little too late.
Stadium simply sucked all the air out of the conversation.

Agreed, but I also dislike this on the basis of... just thinking you ought, in a moral sense, show some gratitude. It's pure stupidity. Pissing on product flag bearers is a horrible business move.
Oh, I still think that it isn't possible to get a better live gig rig for under 1K that is better than a used Kemper for that purpose. Kemper Player with 2.0 still lacks a screen, but is fairly feature capable with others in the market within the $700 window.Yep ... its a bloody big "if" for sure ..... but if the new Profiling sound and feel ends up being considered "best" - whateveer that means - a Kemper Player with 2.0 loaded even without a Lvl 2 or Lvl 3 upgrade is a very compelling product that would suit a boatload of players ... just a thought.
Yea, that is the other issue. All others improved as well. Kemper also seems hell bent on hanging their entire "value to the market" argument on profile accuracy. Stupid IMO.And tonex got updated capturing, which does amazingly well. QC too. Plus we may see other major updates from these companies before profiling 2.0 releases. Even all-in-one tonex may not be that far off.
A used stage is still a really good investment for live gigging IMO.Yeah, I was honestly quite tempted for a 'stage' a year or two ago before they did all the 'levels' nonsense, and now all these latest shenanigans .. it's really put me off.
It feels an awful lot like arrogance. These people you speak of end up being a soft-sales machine as well.Agreed, but I also dislike this on the basis of... just thinking you ought, in a moral sense, show some gratitude.
It's no small thing to have a forum where there's long time users who help out people as much. This increases the value of your units to some level.
Appreciate these people.
It’s the same people watching them multiple times. With only roughly 20K subs the Kemper YouTube channel has been pulling in 100K+ views on a good few of their videos over the last 2 or 3 months. There are definitely people interested in what they are doing.

For sure there are. And there could be way more if Kemper did a proper job at it.With only roughly 20K subs the Kemper YouTube channel has been pulling in 100K+ views on a good few of their videos over the last 2 or 3 months. There are definitely people interested in what they are doing.

That is my feeling as well. It's not like Kemper is "going under" anytime soon. It's more like that they are in decline .... and exclusively because they failed to keep up with the market that they created. For sure there are. And there could be way more if Kemper did a proper job at it.
Personally I've accepted modeling solid state technology along time ago. Modeling tubes is a different thing all together. So if modelling is a good thing for you with liquid tonestacks (and actually all the modelled distortions, overdrive and fuzz within the Kemper) can you see that modelling *everything* might not be such a bad thing?

As you say liquid profiles marries digital modeling to capture technology & I think that's the way of the future. That's why Fractal & Line 6 are adding capture tech to their platforms.
I think we know the answerIt's hard to tell if they are unable to update the web page or if they just don't care.
