Is the Engl Savage Only Good for Metal?

Been exploring different styles and landed on this rock riff and the Savaged...The lead was off the cuff but turned out OK.

I have a hard time with nice chunky crunch tones on the Savage v1. They can be a bit brittle sounding.

Cleans are amazing.

It's funny, I loved Metallica as a teenager. Now, almost every time a song from And Justice for All comes up in the car I skip it.

Same goes for Static X.
