I’ve opened a ticket in the past, and not heard back, about the crashing. I’ll try again.

FWIW I did get the Model Packs to show up in IOS. Took a few attempts and several crashes but they are in there now after restoring purchases. It took a pretty long time for them to download (10 minutes+) and there is a tiny green progress bar you should see if it is working.

I'll give it a shot. Mine wouldn't stay open long enough for that to work, but maybe uninstalling and reinstalling might help.

Internal loopback mode isn't going to tell you much about latency, as it's bypassing the converters and the processing for inputs and outputs.
Really, the only way to know about the actual latency you experience as a player is to physically connect the output to the input with direct monitoring disengaged.
 
Yeah, someone else can step in hopefully.
Couldn't make the connection work, and I'm fine with the performance.

If I compare my Audient EVO's loopback to the results I got for running cables to inputs and outputs, the difference is about 0.5-0.6ms. Of course it depends how much extra latency AD/DA conversion adds on the iRig HD X.

But at least it seems the iRig performs like an average audio interface, which is not bad at its price point.

Which begs the question - why is the Tonex One so much higher latency?

Tried this, because I also have an XREF mic and EVO 4.

ARC X supports 3rd-party ref mics, if you supply the calibration file.

Couldn't find it, and at that point thought: "Why bother" ...

You mean ARC X couldn't find the calibration file, or you couldn't get it from Sonarworks' website?

That's fine. But in case the driver is flawed, loopback tests won't tell the truth.

Thanks, calibration file loaded fine.

Mic >> EVO >> MacBook >> ARC X
EVO >> studio monitors

At first there was no input gain metering in ARC X. Found out the mic output was muted in EVO, without EVO showing it, duh.

Now SW and HW are working, and ARC X is ready to measure.

Not sure yet if I'm going to proceed, because the corrections are applied only through a DAW plugin (or ARC hardware which I'm not going to get).

Hello everyone,

This is my very first post here on the forum. I couldn't find a specific "Welcome" or "Introduce Yourself" section, so I decided to jump right in and post my question. I created an account specifically to see if anyone else is experiencing this problem.

I am a participant in the current IK Group Buy, and one of my goals (asides Modo Bass) was to add modules to the T-RackS 6 version that I had already redeemed. The list of available "Free Products" in their website states they are for T-RackS 6.

However, the issue is that several modules I have redeemed, such as the Tapes and others, have been applied to my T-RackS 5 license instead of T-RackS 6. This is problematic because I lose the ability to combine them seamlessly using the Module Manager within the T-RackS 6 shell. Also I don't want to even have installed a T-RackS 5 on my system.

Has anyone else encountered this problem with the recent Group Buy redemptions?

I opened a support ticket 4 days ago but haven't received a response yet. For the time being, I've stopped redeeming further modules to prevent my product list from getting any worse.

Thanks in advance for any insights, and thanks for providing this space for discussion.

I had the same issue. I think the older modules get added under T-Racks 5 and the newer modules show under T-Racks 6. For example I see the Prism Reverb and Lurssen EQ under T-racks 6 and the rest are under T-racks 5. That said, they should still appear in the T-racks 6 module manager and should be available to use.

I did have some issues with some of them not showing as "purchased" - what ended up working for me was logging out of product manager, rebooting, and logging back in and then the module manager picked up all my redeemed modules.

That's really interesting. While it still seems strange to me that the modules would appear under the T-Racks 5 license in my product list when the free products list in the Group Buy page only mentions the version 6, your advice definitely worked.

I followed your trick of logging out, rebooting and logging in and now the modules are fully functional within the T-Racks 6.

That's a huge relief, and I really appreciate your help.
