Hopefully....I'm going to eat some crow (Fender Tonemaster Pro content)

I saw an OG hello kitty Strat for $1000 used last week. I’d totally buy one for a few hundred and make it my open C metal guitar.

The Hello Kitty stuff makes 100 times more sense than their "Fender x Wrangler" merch. Yeah, people want the Fender logo *and* a third rate jeans company logo on a shirt. Sure.

Come on guys…. You have to know fractal will surpass every unit out now and in 2026… I mean if they can get the gui revamped to be more user friendly

Why does anyone think this? There was a time this was absolutely true. But the competition hasn't just been resting. Fractal really lit the fire for pushing the boundaries at an unprecedented rate (with all the updates) but now there is a great deal of parity across platforms.

Gains going forward will be very smaller and incremental. Most folks will absolutely fail a blind test (not just hearing...but also playing). The big jumps from B&W to Color 480i to 1080p are done. Now we're talking about 4k to 8k to 16k which most folks may not notice. If you wish to obsess vs play - it's your choice.

Fractal offers 300 amps.. and way more high quality effects already… more then the competition.. more the agoura now and probably forever…

Sheesh....buy the Fractal then if you need 300 amps (many of which are derivatives and are a tiny tweak away from sounding like others). You're playing at home so why not just use Axe-Edit and have a grand time?

It seems like you live your entire life by reading spec sheets and labels to make sure you have the 'optimum'. Talk about a BAD case of FOMO.

Just buy a Fractal and a Helix, like you said, and you'll be set (I doubt it). The FM9 is available TODAY for $1699 ($100 off) - now's the time to strike!
 
FOMO? WTF is that? My point was that even if fractal has 150 amps with 150 diff versions of those amps as well it puts a lot of distance between it and other modelers just in amp tones.. and effects from what I can research. So many guys here have really closed minds to be so pro line6 . I am notpro either but pointing out facts
