Patience young grasshopper. I think Line 6 will deliver… soon.

Couldn't L6 take the amp they own without the bright cap and put it back in? I would think that an amp modeling company would have someone on staff that could turn it back to stock, model it, and put it back if they wanted it left that way. Seems like a no brainer to me but what do I know, lol...

@James Freeman @MirrorProfiles

Hilariously, I think they think I'm James! :rofl

Nah it is different. When you run a pedal, you have a nice little painted glyph on a box to look at; a monkey with eight arms, a rip off of some classic movie screen printed to the chassis, or something pretending to be the flux capacitor in order to get you to spend £300 instead of £80.

That's why I build my own.

Maybe the 2203s we heard were the amps we made along the way... er... whatever.

Anyway. The guys over at the L6 Support Forum are a bunch of salty dudes, what the actual fuck. How can you be that entitled and salty in a fucking gear forum. I do this for escapism, not to meet any more assholes I meet in real life already.
It’s not a support forum and they will remind you of that all the time. It’s a user jerk off forum.

There are a few over there that are pretty knowledgeable and helpful, but you can find the same info in other places for Line 6 gear if you search for it.

Almost every forum has keyboard worriers that don't have a problem being ugly to anyone since there are few if any repercussions to their rudeness. We have all seen some comments by people online that would get a bitch-slap in real life.

Cliff pulled the trigger on the 2203 for the folks not on the FAS forum.

Now it's a race...
Assuming the leak is true, Line 6 *should* win this race if 3.70 is in beta, but you never know with Cliff!

Obviously the reference amps can make a significant difference, but what will be interesting is having a Line 6 2203 and a Fractal 2203 dropping almost simultaneously using their latest respective modelling techniques.
