Helix Copy and Paste Errors, any ideas?

Vuelvo a recibir errores de copiar y pegar, esta vez en la versión 3.80. Copiar y pegar un ajuste preestablecido de una lista de canciones a otra cambia los ajustes; mira cómo cambian los ajustes de la mezcla en este video. ¿Alguna idea? @Digital Igloo


I'm going to try it, within the little that I have reviewed there is also something strange happening with the oscillation of the delays with modulations in my unit... check!
 
I'm getting issues when copying too. Mainly, blocks I have turned on/off, saved the preset and when copied over, they are not saved in the same configuration.

Like Carl said, its nothing new, and its confidence wrecking, but it seems like I've had less over the last year, not none, but definitely less
 
Ugh. Definitely open a ticket. Unfortunately, it's impossible for us to track potential bugs via forums.
I've been trying but I'm stuck here. Since last night this was happening on the website with some of the downloads as well. Clicking the search button here does nothing, so not sure how to go forward in creating the ticket

FWIW, if you don't report bugs through the correct channels, then the correct people cannot triage them and send them to the other correct people.
I've been reporting these bugs through the proper channels since I got the Helix, and so far, no solution, but I often get good suggestions here. I'm trying to create a ticket with Line6 but can't at the moment
 
Edit: I was able to get through by leaving the search field empty and hitting search

Is anyone else able to create a support ticket at Line6 or are you stuck too?

Here is an example problem preset



that sometimes but not always copies badly. In this case, you can see that on export the values have been changed. For instance, Snapshot 1, DSP1, Block 7 mix control is set to 0.5 in this export but as you can see in the picture here, it should be 0.15

When I search for a topic, I see an Open Ticket button that takes me to my list of registered products. Are you seeing this too?

I was getting something like that, but wouldn't give me that open ticket button until I finally hit search without describing the problem first
